2nd Place For Max Zipser

... 2nd place @ second stop of the Freeride World Tour!! Yeahhhhhhhhhh !!

Max Zipser(2.), Xavier de Le Rue(1.), Gennady Khryachkov(3.)

After my big crash in the first event, I was searching for a smooth line to ride fast and fluid, clean and of course with lot of style ;) Finally it worked out like planed!
I'm really happy that I could make it on the podium again and I know, my run was pretty close to Xavie de Le Rue's. The conditions were very good and the venue allowed very different lines to ride, so the spectators could watch many impressive runs, from snowboarders and skiers.

More NEWS and INFO about the Contest here:

link: FWT media report

Now I'm looking foreward to Squaw valley/ USA, the third Freeride World Tour stop. As only three out of four results count for the Overall Freerideworld Champion Title 2010, it's still everything possible...

Fotos from the first competition with my big fall, about 12m...

riding my line like planed, but...

FLOW rules the Dutch Championships in Snowboarding

The Dutch Championships in snowboarding held at Laax are just over and the Flow team simply killed it.
In the Men's Junior Halfpipe competition Rocco van Straten took home the victory. Same did Bjorn van Dongen in the Seniors Halfpipe Competition.
Rocco going big

Different contest format on the next day, but again Flow riders proved to be on top. Rocco van Straten took home his second title in the Junior Slopestyle competition and Joy Geenen placed third in the Seniors Slopestyle competition.

SHOPS FIRST TRY

Right before Winter ISPO 2010 in Munich the dealers had the chance to try the latest products in Venet a small resort in Austria. The whole event was great and a lot of dealers took the chance  to test next years models and compare them.
The Flow crew was always busy and the feedback was awesome...

The Lake Effect

Middle America gets a nice little lake effect blast of snow for the holidays and Team 43 decides to exploit it. After calling in sick etc. the crew (Dru Williams, Jen CuSick and Kevin Sayler) all assemble in the middle of Ohio and set out with Ryne Swanberg(Photographic Scientist) on a safari to find spots. Whether it's an abandoned house or a tree or a pre-dawn session at a resort the crew was on it like it was their jobs. Below is a montage of pics from their trip. A special thanks to http://www.swanbergphoto.com/ for covering this lake effect expedition as well as Capitol Park for letting us break in before the crowds.

LAGO ON THE US OLYMPIC TEAM

and that is what Lago had to say:"I'm still in shock right now. Obviously, it's been a huge goal of mine for the last couple seasons to make the team, and to realize that I just did it, so many things are going through my head."

The entire Flow crew wishes Lago all the best for the Olympics.

The city of Minneapolis, Minnesota has 390,131 people that reside there, it's the biggest city in the state and that makes a great playground for a bunch of us snowboarders that dream about amazing rails everywhere. With one photog and two filmers we were bound to get something and that something is gonna be seen in the new Team video and all over some mags.

3D Project – Bullhead Snowmasters

3D Bullhead Inferno Race:
